In June of 2009 we volunteered our time and expertise for the Extreme Makeover Home in Suffield, Connecticut. Our employees painted over 100 furniture parts including the dining room table, beds, headboards, nightstands, and desks.

As one can imagine when a home is rebuilt from top to bottom in 7 days the time schedule is quite frenetic. The furniture was delivered to us on Friday at 4:00pm and was needed back to the home at 10:00am the following morning. Needless to say our employees worked tirelessly through the wee hours of the morning to make sure that the home was furnished in time for the unveiling. In September the show was televised and we were proud to be able to play a small part in the family’s new home.
